How long until it's live?

Usually within a few hours of our first chat. We set it all up and show you before it goes live.

What does it cost?

The front desk is S$299 a month as a founding-member rate if you join by 31 October, then S$349, set up for you, no hidden fees and no lock-in. Websites start from S$1,299, and custom tools are quoted. See the pricing page for the full picture.

Do I pay upfront?

No. Tell us your basics and we build your front desk for you to try, free. You talk to it yourself, and you only pay when you're happy and ready to go live to your customers.

Do I need a website first?

No. Your front desk works on its own link and QR from day one. Add a website whenever you're ready, and we build the front desk right into it.

Can I change things later?

Anytime. You get a simple page to update your services, prices, hours and answers yourself, and we're a message away if you'd rather we do it.

Will it sound like my business?

Yes. It uses your business name, your tone, your prices and hours, and a voice you choose. It feels like your place, not a generic bot.

What if it says something wrong?

It only answers from what you give it, your real prices, services and hours. If it doesn't know something, it never guesses, it takes the customer's details and passes them to you.

Where do my enquiries go?
